Where are your products made?
Every Cotton & Loom towel is ethically crafted in Türkiye by skilled artisans who have been weaving for generations.
Are your towels 100% cotton?
Excluding the Serenity collection which is made using 100% linen, yes! We use only the best 100% long-staple premium Turkish cotton; free from synthetics and harmful chemicals.
Are your towels eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We prioritise natural fibres and low-impact dyes.
How should I wash my Cotton & Loom towels?
It is best to machine wash at 30°C with similar colours and avoid fabric softeners as they can coat fibres, reduce absorbency and softness. Line dry or tumble dry on low heat.
Do the tassels come undone?
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and have not received any complaints. On rare occasions, with heavy or long-term use, a tassel may loosen slightly — a natural characteristic of handwoven textiles.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. International shipping times vary by region and can take between 5-7 working days to reach you.
