Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@cottonandloom.com providing proof of purchase. Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of delivery back to COTTON & LOOM and must use a tracked service.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted as long as the items are unused, unwashed and returned in original packaging within the 14-day period after receipt of items.
Postage fees will be the responsibility of the customer and must use a tracked service.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can on occasion take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
